Will the carpet film ever leave adhesive residue?

Only if you leave it down for longer than 45 days, excede the manyfacturers recommendations or use in a basement or on a carpet which is on a concrete sub-strate.

Can I re-use the Hard Floor Runners?

Yes. Re-use them as well as vacuum them as you would regular low nap carpets.

Will the Multi-Purpose Red work well on Computers, Electronics?

Yes as well as fine furniture, appliances, counter tops, porcelain sinks.....
